"NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! Called to have a tech sent to do a cleaning and service on my oil burner. They charged me for the service without actually doing the service. When I called to get in touch with them to see when they where coming I was informed,"none is coming today sir"! When I asked "when will someone be coming". A women on the phone responded "you have two choices, you can wait and we will get there tomorrow or I can refund you". I asked (now irritated due to the attitude I was receiving), "when can someone come tomorrow". Her response was....that is what I thought! To which I replied "What did you just say"? She hung up and none would answer my call until I called from another number. There is much more to this, but I think everyone gets the idea,"

"I called First Street on a Monday morning for a Wednesday afternoon furnace repair. I signed an annual contract and paid the $149 service fee that morning. Well, Wednesday came and went and no one showed up. No one even called me so I called Thursday to cancel the contract and requested a refund. They told me Chris would get back to me shortly. I waited and waited and decided to call a second time and still no response. Every time I call, I get a different representative. I believe this is a call center where they have you pay upfront and never intend to provide service. For anyone interested in using them, try calling a few times and you will get a different person each time. Please avoid them and don't be taken."
