He returned my call quickly, answered a few questions, and concluded that it probably wasn't related to my well — but he still came by free of charge to check it out and confirm in person. It turned out that he couldn't service it since it was related to my city water line rather than my well, but he was able to identify the problem for me so I could better communicate with a plumber.
