"This is a magnificent plumber. Salah is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. I had a leak and couldn’t identify the source, and he worked so hard to solve the issue and wouldn’t give up. It turned out to be a complicated problem, as it was coming from multiple places, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired by the time he left. I never saw anyone work so hard and with such thoroughness. He also made sure to clean everything up before he left. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience, and I feel lucky to have found such an exceptional person."

"Called in the morning and spoke to the person in charge and described the issue I was having with my boiler. I was told a tech could possibly get to me today but in any case someone would reach out. I received a call around 1pm from the tech and described the issue. The tech asked me to send a photo which I did promptly. An hour later the tech thanks me for sending the photo but there is no clear follow up or plan discussed. Two hours after that I reached out and asked if he was coming and he asked me for the address. I then reached back out to the main office and was told they would dispatch someone else to help me. No one ever called and the tech finally replied at 8pm that he was in Harlem and he would be in touch. I waited all night in the freezing cold with no follow up. I called another company the next morning and someone came within two hours. Imagine being a service provider in Brooklyn and treating customers like there aren’t many other companies that do the same thing! Oh well, your loss!"

"Great staff. Very good Company. Service personnel are polite and knowledgeable in their trade. I had two jobs done by SH Heating, a gas line valve replacement and a clogged outside drain pipe. They arrived on time, did what they had to do quickly. Job was well done to my satisfaction at a reasonable price. This is my go to Company now when it comes to Gas or plumbing problems."
