"If you need keys, this is the way. We had 3 different keys duplicated. All 3 work perfectly. The day before, we had a hardware store do it manually. And I like to patronize people. I would have rather had it done right by the guys at the hardware store. But the keys they did, possibly due to their inexperience, did not work. I then Googled for key duplicating, and came upon Minute Key. Not only did the keys work perfectly, but Minute key saves the definition of each key in a database, to which you get an account. So if you lose your physical keys, you go to a minute key location, use the minute key phone app, press the "cut key" button, and from the database it knows how to cut the key. You can even share the key definition with anyone you want, by entering their email address, and the info they need is emailed to them. This is a complete solution. You can't beat it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."

"I used the Key Kiosk at Lowes and it was very easy to use. I was in and out in 1 minute. Be aware that if there is a problem with they key that was made, you must contact the vendor directly. Lowes does not handle this."
