"My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Belsito recently. The plumber they sent, Kevon, arrived ahead of schedule and took time to diagnose the problem. He maintained open communication and clearly explained the problem and outlined possible solutions. He was able to complete the necessary work for a reasonable price. Kevon was very personable and efficient in his duties. He and his assistant completed the job without incident and left our kitchen clean and in perfect working order. Don’t hesitate to hire Belsito for your plumbing needs."
"I'm giving two stars instead of one, because they did come on short notice when I could not get our usual plumber, BUT on the occasions I have used them, I have found them to be the most expensive of any plumbing company. This particular time, they repaired a frozen pipe. 6 months later, I realized they never reconnected the pipe to the outside hose bib. I called them back to correct this, and they sent me a bill that was ever bigger than the original bill! I assumed it was a mistake, so I called them, and they invented this excuse that they couldn't do the complete repair originally because it was an emergency repair and they didn't want to cost me more in overtime (?). They never indicated that any additional work would be required, and I didn't realize there was a problem until June when I tried to water the garden. I definitely do not recommend them. This is exactly the kind of rip-off style of doing business that gives New York small businesses a bad reputation. Avoid."
