"I want to get keys cut. Did not get a chance to walk the whole store."
"DO NOT COME HERE, GO TO MICHAEL's SHOE REPAIR INSTEAD!!!! Terrible terrible service-- extremely rude and incompetent it seems. I came here hoping to get one of my favorite shoes fixed, the heel of the shoe broke and just needed to be reattached-- a fairly simple request. I asked if he would be able to do it same day, as I am traveling the next day and wanted to bring the shoes with me. First he rudely dismissed me and told me that what I asked for wasn't possible at all. Then, after 30 seconds he said that he could do but he needed 4 days of turnaround. When I asked again if he could do it same day he looked at me like I was a moron, rudely said No and walked away, dismissing me from his shop. Mind you, this entire interaction, I spoke politely and kindly. I was genuinely shocked at how rude and dismissive he was. So, I walked 5 minutes down the block to Michael's Shoe Repair shop. There I was met with kindness and politeness. They accepted my shoe, and said that I could come pick it up repaired within 2 hours for a price of $22. This clearly showed me that the treatment I received at this shop was an anomaly. Please, do not waste your time coming here and instead just go down the street to Michael's Shoe Repair instead."
"I brought two watches here very recently, one for a new battery and the other to take a link out of the bracket. Afterwards I noticed the case-back of the first watch was damaged and scratch were he used a box cutter to open it. And today the bar he put into the bracket fell out."
"Great service and great selection. Super nice people here. I came in for a free watch battery (how can you beat that) and my wife loved his watch band inventory. Really, they have a ton of options here. I've been driving all over San Diego and shopping on Amazon and I wish I had just come here. See what I mean?"
""WARNING" if you want to get your precious luxury watched destroyed, then go to this place. I'm the 3rd review on this site with scratched watches, I really wanted to give them a chance thinking they would know how to handle a delicate vintage luxury watch but I regret it with all my heart, scratched the glass, the back of the case and completely butchered the dial after almost 70 years of being so beautiful and clean. If you want your $1500 Tudor by Rolex watch, a $20 dollar Seiko or anything with sentimental value to you please do not bring it here. I wish I never did."
