"They don't fix your phone in the time frame they tell you. I took my screen to get fixed and she didn't do my phone correctly and she decided to take it upon herself to glue the back piece without telling me. After they fix my screen my phoneglitchrs regularly. I will not be going back."

"Most of these reviews are either family or friends, and they are definitely not economical for their phone fixing service. The opposite of help desk, first of all he marked up the item 6x the original cost for the screen and service. And when I asked if he could just sell me the screen without the fix. the guy said he couldn't give me the screen I asked for because it's "against store policy" to sell me the screen without the service, I ask to see their policy and we started a stare down contest I excused myself like a gentleman. Then after a while of checking out the other stores on the strip(which btw some offered half price for the screen and service but I had to wait cuz they had to order it) I came back and politely asked for him to just sell me the screen again, for twice what in the internet costs. He then insults my intelligence by replying to go buy it from the website I searched up, that he could only sell me the SCREEN by itself for the price he mentioned before......-didn't you say it was "against store policy"?!?!?!"

"Customer service is terrible. The lady that works there and her husband does not know how to speak to people properly. They’ve conducted bad behavior towards me and they wouldn’t want to give me back my refund but after a while of arguing back and fourth they decided to act accordingly."
