"I originally had a set of keys made for my husband at a KeyMe location near work. I gave him the keys that day and ran out to do errands. However when he got home none of the keys worked and my husband was locked out. I contacted KeyMe and was refunded for the set. I made another set of keys at another KeyMe location and they worked great. Thank you for the great customer service."
"Absolute rip off. $9 for a basic key. Go to a hardware store and pay $3 tops. Their tap to pay doesnt work. And they dont accept cash. They also try to collect your email and fingerprint. This is obscene. [EDIT] The duplicated key was not produced with the same keyway. It physically doesn't fit in the lock."
