"A poor, uncoordinated experience. After calling them, i got phone calls from 4 or 5 different numbers, it was hard to tell who was who, and what i needed to do with each. They didn't coordinate with each other and i missed some calls because i was on a call with someone else."
"The experience was counterproductive and frustrating. The sequence of instructions for replicating my keycard were vague when they were clearest."
"It was easy and quick to use. I enjoy the convenience and that you can save your account with your thumbprint in case you get locked out. Great machine, smart company!"
"Quick, good variety of keys, and they copy RFID! Ordered a couple and it was mailed to me within a week. I was skeptical that they wouldn't work at first, but they did!"
"Made 4 keys. 2 worked fine. 3rd messed up the lock and I had to have someone open my door with a master key. Didn't take a chance with the 4th key. I would stick with the plain, traditional key. You also have the option of saving your key's specifications, so if you lose your keys, you can have another made without an original."
