"Called them last Friday to schedule an appointment. They told me I was set up for Monday. I called Monday, they put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then said they were busy and would maybe head out on Tuesday. Tuesday - no show. I called and they insisted they would call me back. Wednesday comes and I call yet again. I did not contract someone else because I had been committed to this company because they had scheduled me. Call them this morning and I ask if anyone is bothering to come to my business. She rudely counters me before I finish that she is short staffed and no one is coming and that I should just go call someone else. Okay, well here's the review to let others know --- don't waste your time waiting on an appointment that will never come."
