He was friendly and good tempered - and endeared himself to my client. His price was very reasonable. He had all the necessary insurances for NYC co-op buildings - and persisted through vacation season to get management approval. He planned ahead, brought over his ladder, etc., the day before. He helped my client remove the art pieces she had hanging in the room being painted. He got along well with the Super (who is well respected by all the residents including my client). He bought the necessary specialty paint & primer. He came when he said he would - and completed the job in the time he said he would. My client trusted him in her apartment even if she was not able to be there continuously. And he did a very good job! My client is very happy with the work he did!
