"Updated: I used Amazon for a second time last week, and I was very disappointed. I was told the locksmith would arrive in 30-45 minutes, but was then told after over 30 minutes that they were delayed and would arrive in an additional 45-50 minutes. In total I waited more than 2 hours for service. I called the dispatcher, and requested a discount for the delay, and he flat out refused to negotiate. Furthermore, the locksmith charged full price plus “tax,” which brought the total to almost $200, although I had been originally told $175. The locksmith also didn’t even attempt to open the lockbox; he just broke it. In that time I could have gone to the hardware store, gotten a hammer or bolt cutter, and broke in to the lockbox myself, for considerably less money. I was told that the reason for the delay was because the locksmith was in Midtown, which is surprising, as the business is located in the UWS. Overall I was very disappointed, especially because of all the positive reviews. I really wanted to like this place."
