"the servic was good but when we made two keys of same kind I was suppose to get 3rd one free. but it didn't happen."
"Avoid at all costs. Despite pushing the keys in until firm resistance, the cut was too shallow by 1 pin for the first key, and by 2 (!!) pins for the second cut, producing garbage and wasting my money. I was a fool not to inspect the first key, assuming as I did that cutting a standard 5 pin is technology humanity has already mastered. This machine has not! Avoid it!"
"While I appreciated the $10 prepaid refund card, I am not able to activate it because the information for the verification process is incorrect. The automated prompts won't allow me to reach a live person to rectify the issue. Feels like a scam."
