"Smooth process. This kiosk is located inside the entrance of the Rite Aid. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it was an emergency--the prices are astronomical. $9 for a single key is ridiculous when a home improvement store will charge $1.25. The shipping keys option is also not reliable, it states that keys purchased that can't be immediately disbursed will arrive in the mail in 3-5 days. It took 9 days before I received mine, so just keep in mind that the estimate on key delivery is highly variable."

"My home lock is Medeco, I went to two locations near my place to copy duplicate a key, both places made the keys incorrect and didn’t works. Lastly I Desire to go to kiosk near my place made a copy. They sent me the key in three days and amazingly works just like the original key. An outstanding service."
"I had two keys made at the kiosk. It was my first time trying this. Got home and both keys worked perfectly!!! Ha ha, I am not used to that as I usually end up either returning keys to the hardware store to be redone, or trying to file them down myself to “hopefully “ get them to work. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone without reservations. Count me as a delightfully satisfied customer."
"So easy, cheap and quick! I wasn't even going to make duplicate keys but I did need them I just kept putting off going to the locksmiths! When I saw this kiosk I thought, "how perfect??" Also, they copied my apartment building keys no problem as well and even though they don't normally carry that type of key, they are going to just mail them to my apartment! How convienient is that? I was super happy about this new kiosk, it's in my local rite aid so now I never have to worry! They're 24 hours and I saved my fingerprint with my key so if I get locked out without my spare I can run down there for a new one!"
