"I did snow removal for Meli Management specifically dealt with Nicco. Invoiced them on March 2023 and today is December 2023 and still haven’t received payment. Nicco keeps telling me he sent it. This is not how to treat contractors."

"I've used Meli Plumbing on 2 occasions now over the past 3 months for separate urgent issues with our bathroom and kitchen sinks backing up and leaking and I'm happy to say that I've been very pleased with the results. They were originally recommended by the doorman in our building as they do lots of work here. The plumber both times was Tony who is great.. he's clearly very experienced and a bit of a fun character to boot. Both jobs were done exceptionally well. Amanda in the office was most helpful in getting us a quote and timely scheduling. Pricing for both jobs seemed pretty fair and reasonable for the work done and consistent with a professional company. I've learned that plumbing issues are never a wise place to bargain hunt. Often you end up getting what you pay for which in the long run can be way more costly, either in shoddy work that requires a future visit or causes real damage.. or a lowball quote to get in the door that is then jacked up on the job with add-ons or the plumber going to the truck 17 times and turning a 1hr quoted job into a 2hr job. This is not the case in my experiences with Meli.. these guys do the job and do it right one time and the best part is that there were NO surprises. Both times the quote, which included labor, parts and tax was the final price and I really like that. Ya never wanna have to need a plumber but when ya do ya wan't one who does the job right and without you feeling ripped off.. so I will happily call or recommend Meli (Tony) any time."

"Meli Plumbing/HVAC provides exceptional service and quality work. They found the root cause with minimal exploration and fixed my plumbing issue (toilet leak) which extended into my basement. I found them to be honest and fair which is extremely important to anyone requiring a repair estimate. The plumbers were very respectful and cleaned up everything. As a nurse who has limited time off , they were very accommodating to my schedule and I was able to go to work on the same day instead of taking a whole day off waiting for service. I really appreciated their service and I am happy to have found a permanent provider for my plumbing/ HVAC needs."
