"If I could use 6 stars I would. I just had my A/C system checked by Bloomfield Cooling, Heating & Electric for the first time. My previous company sold their business and I had to find another company. This was an exceptional experience. My technician, Tony, was not only cordial, professional and thorough but he went above and beyond the routine service. After he completed his work I went back to reset my thermostats when one of them failed. I grabbed Tony before he pulled out of my driveway and he came back and helped me get the thermostat working again. The battery connections were dirty and he cleaned them and re-installed the unit. Thanks to him my system is working again. I am a permanent customer of Bloomfield Cooling and will definitely ask for Tony whenever I need service."

"5 star review all around! Bloomfield Cooling installed a new mini split in our upstairs bedroom last week. The new unit replaced a nine year-old unit that had problems throughout its entire lifespan. Tom was a fantastic salesman who gave us a great price including a PSEG rebate. Mauricio, Billy, Anthony, Andrew, and Nick installed the unit and were fantastic throughout the day. They were clean, professional, personable, and used their judgment to put the mini split in a different spot than the old unit. The new location has significantly improved the airflow and consistency of temperature in the bedroom. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!"

"Workers are great. Office folks are great but the service did not meet our very basic expectations. We paid more than $30,000 to install central air on the 2nd Floor and attic, and 2 mini split units on the 1st floor of our home. 1st and 2nd floors are nice and cool, and their service was great, but the attic is not. The bedroom in the attic is fine but the immediate landing area off the stairs from the second floor, which is a rather large area, is not comfortable enough when it’s hot outside. After everything was installed and they came back a couple times to look at and try to fix the issue, we were told that a store room in the attic had to be insulated in order for the landing area to cool properly. Although we understand and agree with their “diagnostic,” this information should have been disclosed to us prior to hiring their services, not after it didn’t work as expected. We were never told that this area of the attic was not going to be cooled properly due to the unfinished part not being properly insulated."

"Recently, my wife and I hired Bloomfield Cooling and Heating to perform both new/replacement and maintenance work on our 2 zone house. The Bloomfield Team did a great job replacing our aging fancoil and condenser unit. The scope and pricing of the various options was a quick and easy process to understand. The installation team arrived on time, set up floor coverings throughout the house and worked diligently to complete the job. They were all polite and professional.
