"I was referred to TM Adams by a plumber. I used them to install a chimney liner, and to address oil supply lines that were left in the basement, after an oil tank removal. Tommy and Jonathan came for the initial assessment on the same day that I made the initial call. They explained the chimney liner and rain cap installation to me in a clear manner. They also explained how they would cut, seal, and bury the oil supply lines in the basement floor with a concrete patch. They quoted a price on the spot for all this work. I immediately accepted their offer, based solely on their professionalism, respectful manner, clear communication style, and pricing. They followed up with an email quote and scheduled the installation within a few days. Kevin’s work on the installation and repair was impeccable.
