"It's called also Fusion"
"Ken came to my house and provided a quote. It sounded reasonable so I spoke to Joanna in the office and scheduled them to come to do the work. They arrived a week early when no one was home. I called to let them know and was told by Joanna "he didn't read the ticket." I then confirmed my appointment for the following week. The day before I called to confirm and left a message. The morning of the appointment after my husband had taken apart the furniture for them to do the work and took the morning off from his job they were a no show. I called the office several times, and left messages. We even called Ken who had originally gave us the quote who rudely responded to call the office. Never heard another word from them. They never responded to our calls. They were very unprofessional and discourteous. Don"t bother unless you like to have your time wasted."
