"For over 24 years, we have had the good fortune of having John and Steven as our trusted go to people for everything plumbing and heating related in our home. They are true craftsmen and anything they have fixed or replaced for us (large or small) are meticulously done with utmost care and skill, and every job withstood the test of time. They do everything right the first time. They are also the most responsive folks you will ever meet, whenever we encounter an urgent repair need, John and Steven are always there to pick up the phone and be at our house right away including weekends and nights. Our very old oil-fired furnace finally died and naturally during the most recent cold blast and heavy snow storms. John and Steven came out right away in bad weather and assessed the situation and immediately put a plan together to get our house heated again. They coordinated everything required to start the boiler replacement and the oil-to-gas conversion and prioritized our emergency with their busy schedule. They had our new gas boiler up and running in two working days! The completed work looks amazing and the new gas boiler works flawlessly. John and Steven also took great care in protecting our home and flooring during the installation since many others people had to come in and out of our home during the entire installation process. From start to finish they respected our home and cleaned up everything before they left. I have told John and Steven many times, they are the only people that I trust to come into my home and perform repairs or installations. They are so dependable, nice, honest, and also very reasonable in what they charge for the phenomenal work they do. I recommend them most highly!"
