"They are a middleman- They dispatch a secondary company (some Long Island NY Company) that was totally incoherent and called me a total of 11 times just to confirm I still needed the service. I solidified the time they could get to me the next day and they agreed. Then they call and tell me they would be there 3 hours later AT the time they were supposed to be to me. They never gave me a price for the entire time until I told them I didn't want the service anymore. At that point they gave the service call to another tech that knew nothing of what I needed and then, needed to be told the entire situation, which I refused. Find a real locksmith company near you rather than a middle-man/broker."
