"I am sure Chaybans does fine work with regular clothes but I regret taking my wedding dress here. They charged me almost $500 for basic alterations and then told me every complaint/excuse why the dress is a pain to work with and won’t be perfect, I instantly felt like they were overcharging and acting like my dress was the issue when it is meant to be altered. For the price and their reputation, I was expecting the absolute best perfectionist work and their work was sloppy. My dress was baggy in the stomach and lower back area and they gave an excuse why they couldn’t bring it in, they also suggested I use double sided tape to tape the sides of the bust down. After paying almost $500 and them refusing to fit my dress to me- my dress was incomplete, I paid a seamstress who has been working out of her house $30 and she was able to fix the bust of the dress and bring it in to be fitted perfectly around my stomach and back without any issues in less than a week. She even mentioned that she would’ve fitted the bust totally different than Chayban’s and I could tell by how she pinned the dress that she was very talented. I just want to save someone else the money and stress of bringing their wedding dress here when there are way more experienced and professional tailors out there that won’t make you feel bad about your dress choice."

"I have to give this place and their tailoring service all of the credit in the world. My husband said 'All I want for my 40th birthday is a custom half Miami Dolphins half Buffalo Bills jersey', as he is a fan of both teams. And of course, just the standard jersey wouldn't do! He wanted the custom game jerseys with his name and number on them!!! I ordered the jerseys and heard, through word of mouth, that Chayban had made one for a fan who attended one of the games. So I took both jerseys there and tasked them with taking both VERY expensive jerseys COMPLETELY apart and and putting them back together. I CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH CREDIT!!! I thought that through the entire process one of the very expensive jerseys would become trash, but in the end I had 2 CUSTOM beautifully reconstructed jerseys to give to my husband, per his request, on his birthday!!! That day has not come yet, so he doesn't even know, but the craftsmanship that went into this whole process was PHENOMENAL!!! They checked with me throughout the process and sent pictures before any cuts and stitches were made. And the final products are even better than I could have imagined!!! THEY ARE GORGEOUS!!! The difficulty in this was that they were 2 completely different sized and different shaped (the numbers are different fonts, the collars are completely different and the name patches are different sizes) and they put them back together, re-stitching all of the numbers, NFL patches and logos, and name patches back onto them so the differences are barely noticeable! The time and energy that they put into these jerseys was amazing! I cannot wait to give them to him!!! And I will update with photos once that day comes!!! Thank you so much to the owner and everyone who helped me with this AWESOME present!!! I will definitely be using them again!!!"

They had to take it in quite a bit and take a lot off the bottom. When I went to my last fitting it was a perfect fit! I would highly recommend this business.
