"Update August 2024: I spoke too soon. We called our township and they still don't have the permit. Update June 2024: I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars as the owner reached out to us and claims to have submitted the permit. I am thankful this is finally resolved but just disappointed I had to leave an angry review to finally get a response. Original Review: EV charger was installed at my house in Fall 2023 and I just called the Township again to verify if paperwork was filed for a permit and they said no. There is absolutely no excuse when work was completed over 6 months ago and there is no permit in sight however they were prompt in asking us to pay for a permit fee right away. We have sent 10 emails and regular phone calls reminding and asking for this to be filed. It is just a simple EV charger at my residence and this customer service is unacceptable. Please avoid using this company as you will be wasting lots of time trying to follow up with them. Maybe this bad review will finally turn heads enough for them to complete my permit. Imagine if I was trying to sell my home and still did not have a permit. It would results in tons of delays and potentially even fines."
