"I don’t understand the point of this location if they cannot press your clothes as well. I dropped off my yellow dress yesterday at noon. I told the gentleman I need it by 2:30 pm numerous times. Which to my delight I reassured several times it would be cause it was only a press. I get here by 2:45 pm (late) and I’m told the dress should be here by 4 pm. EXCUSE ME. Then when I tell the manager I need my dress immediately as to what her employee should done she gets on the phone and she mentions my dress but is more concerned with 2 pairs of black pants at their locations. I’m so not pleased"
