"Brett is next to the worst person to deal with. I was in a big dilemma with a destroyed basement due to a sewage back up. It was bad. It took a month to get help. After getting adjusters, and a mold remediation company, Brett came by, and promised me the world. He was also well aware my insurance company, needed an itemized list of all work inside and out including the rough flooring put back. This is what insurance companies need before they disperse such a large amount for a new sewage system. Brett told me no problem, he'll get it to me ASAP. which he did. However, it wasn't itemized. After serval attempts , he finally told me he sent it out to the adjusters email I gave him. I waited several months only to find out it was never sent out. No problem. Mistakes happen right? After several calls for weeks without answers, I finally got in touch with him to explain that the email was never sent. He assured me he would send it, and when I followed up, he said he sent it out. I found out a week later it was never sent. My adjuster informed me it had nothing he needed other than an email basically saying "it's a big job as to why it costs so much". Again after several weeks of no answers, Brett returned my call freaking out "What do you want from me?" "I DONT UNDERSTAND" "IM BUSY!". I have several emails and messages to prove this. So this guy claims he deals with insurance companies all the time but doesn't understand why they need an itemized estimate? Leading us on for serval months with sewage smells, partially working sewage that backs up once a month, and a destroyed basement with a giant hole in it making a family believe you were taking care of it the whole time deserves that sort of attitude? You're busy? If you were too busy to handle one estimate then why are you telling us you took care of it? This guy is a piece of work. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY WHEN HE SAYS HE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT. also if he can't even write a proper estimate, DO NOT TRUST HIM TO DO A PROPER JOB."
