"People working here are great. The building itself is not so great. The seats are solid metal. Very uncomfortable. Air conditioning is very weak. You'll sweat in the summer. The town of Riverhead is terrible (the roads). Totally insane and dangerous uncontrolled intersections where two to five roads meet in 1950s style traffic circles. Super dangerous if you have never seen them before. It's impossible to use GPS with these traffic circles because it says 4th exit, but that's no good if you're in the right lane. That goes only one exit. How much money can this possibly be saving Riverhead?"

"Literally the worst group of people I have ever dealt with, Incompetent from top to down, No online system to process your tickets and No explanation at all how to deal with them to alleviate your driving record They just encourage you to plead guilty so they can get paid $260 or whatever the amount you are owed Customer service rep is totally useless and talks as if she is owed money or something"

"Family Court is conducted at this facility, as well as in the courthouse in Islip. This facility is spacious and modern in good repair. The court officers treat the public respectfully, which unfortunately is rare when dealing with government. Ample parking in the lot out front beneath an elevated rack of photovoltaic panels. Clean bathrooms."

"They opened up at 9:05am (five minutes late) And the line moves very slow, not to mention the building was dirty. I was there for jury duty."
