Not only did they bring my vision to life, but they exceeded my expectations with what they delivered. 2nd I cannot stress enough their reliability, and transparency . they came when they said they would, and the project took exactly what they said it would, and they were extremely flexible as we changed things up during build. "Rory installed custom built-ins on each side of the window in my family room. Prior to this job, he installed wainscoting in the main hall and dining room in my home. I had no doubt that he would do an outstanding job. Once again, he exceeded my expectations! In addition to the built-ins, he also designed and built a pull-out shelf for the keyboard and mouse which enables me to work on the computer with ease and comfort. This was a special request and Rory rose to the challenge! The built-ins make a grand statement when you enter the family room as Rory's impeccable craftmanship and attention to detail are beyond words! It would be remiss of me if I failed to mention that Rory and his team arrived on time each day, left the work area tidy and completed the job within the time frame given. Punctuality, cleanliness, and timely completion of work, are characteristics that I expect from anyone who does work in my home so it is my pleasure to make note of this. "Rory and his team did a fantastic job with the custom built ins he made for my house! He was so easy to work with, very responsive, and accommodating! The whole process from initial quote to measurement, construction, and installation of the finished product was so quick! The unit he built looks so perfect in our living room! It truly looks “built-in” which I know was a challenge because of how uneven the floors, walls, and ceiling in my home are. I was concerned about it making the space look smaller, but it truly did the opposite. The unit draws your eyes up and makes my ceiling look taller! It is also adding some much needed storage to our home! Truly my only regret is that we didn’t do this sooner!"
