"We were very pleased with the job that Carlos and his crew did power washing and then applying a water repellent to our wood siding. We also had some carpentry work done on an outside door frame, deck rails, etc. Carlos was very easy to work with and was always available if we had any questions. He was our project manager and he and his crew stayed on the job until it was finished. He didn't rush the job and was patient when it rained to let the siding dry a couple of days before continuing. We had specific products in mind because of past problems with previous contractors. Carlos listened and ordered the specific water repellent that we requested.
