"Ok STAPLES advertise as UPS, their website says UPS partner, They have signs in their front window that says UPS and has the UPS logo, the interior of the store has UPS signs everywhere but guess what, they won’t take any Amazon returns that clearly state bring to UPS to return. I am totally serious. I was told to go to a UPS store which in this case was either 8 miles or 16 miles from the location I was at. I was told it was Amazon and Google who should be blamed. More people on the line were turned away than serviced. Come on STAPLES really?!?! There has to be better ways to get people into your store than this!!!!! This is why AMAZON is putting business like this out of business! They are useless."
