"I have been a customer of Colline brothers for over 30 years Are used to live in Roselle Park in Kenilworth and it was easy to find them on Westfield Avenue in Roselle Park. Since then they moved to Kenilworth and I moved to Woodbridge but whenever I have a need for anything key related, it is worth the ride to come up and I know that I’m gonna get the best job done the best price! I’m very happy to learn that Michael is the owner ! I had a tricky repair where there was a bent key and it was difficult to find the blank. He went out of his way researched. The key took pictures of it and was able to get me the blanks and made me duplicates that work better than the original ! Whenever you have any lock-related work, I would trust Colline brothers and Michael is the best there is !"

"I had a broken front door lock that I was able to disassemble and take to Colline Bros. The cylinder needed to be replaced. They did not have one in stock but Xavier was quickly able to open the cylinder, replace the broken part and it was good as new. It was a huge help as I didn’t have to guess what to buy online. "In looking for a home safe I went to their Summit store. The sales person was Xavier. He clearly had little knowledge of safes and couldn’t answer basic questions. Later that day I spoke with Matt Rogola in their main store. He apologized and said he would call back on an order I was prepared to give. He never called back. I sense the business is good at the basics (helping people locked out or their homes and making duplicate keys). I don’t normally write such reviews, but this business seems poorly run by people not focused on the customer. I was totally surprised by the lack of expertise and product knowledge."
