"My 94 year old mother and I, we had a very desagradable experience at this office during my mother's interview in regard to an over paid SSI. The representative Mr. Guzman took an offensive actitude with us during the interview and he was not willing to lessen to my explanations at all! When I demanded to speak to his supervisor, he threatened me that he can call the security officer and have me taking out of the building. He also did not enter in their system my mother's new bank account as he said he will. I had to call to another office and request the change by phone, it took a long time because we need it a translator. I am highly disappointed with this office for allowing unprofessional people like Mr. Guzman to work in a Federal office!"
