"Good service at any time. You have the option to make coffee for free and enjoy reeding when you're waiting for your clothes."
"Today I had a very uncomfortable experience at this business. I had been a regular here since I moved nearby, around 10 months ago. I knew one of the workers well enough, and always had light conversation given the opportunity. I caught her taking a picture of me, and three other customers when we had our backs turned. A bit uneasy, and afraid to lose the desire to go to a close-by laundromat, I approached gently. I led with "I'm not the type of person to be angry about this kind of thing, but I would like an explanation." I went on to tell her that if there was a good reason, I have no problem. By no means do I think that we are not being monitored with cameras everywhere we go. Upon asking her about it, she lied over and over. She finally broke and said "Do you really not know what goes on here?" In response I told her that I was a regular customer, as with the man before me who she took a picture of. I was in the building minding my business. She began gaslighting the situation, and telling me she felt uncomfortable. Imagine how I felt. In the end I told her I'd take my business elsewhere and left. I advise you do the same. TLDR; Employee taking pictures of customers and lying about it when approached respectfully about the situation."
"Expensive! The washers don’t spin correctly which makes u pay more for the dryer because clothes come out soaked. Dryer burnt my blanket in such a short time. It’s convenient to where I live otherwise I’d go somewhere else l!"
"The cleanest laundry facility I've been too, there is parking in the back with a separate entrance it is a smaller lot, but it keeps you off of James St. The woman who works there is super friendly and will chat to you if you want to engage in conversation that day."
"Nice and clean. Clothes doesn't smell moldy like the other laundry mat in shop city. I had to walk all the way to this one for the better experience. I was surprised it actually gave me the right drink from the vending too lol"
