Fire Island Parasail

"We drove for about 5 hours back and forth from New York in traffic. While I understand that weather is unpredictable, I was disappointed that Chris failed to give us a call on our updated phone number, which we provided more than 6 hours prior to our appointment. When I inquired about a refund on our gift card, he simply stated that he couldn’t provide one. He could, but he simply didn’t want to. Instead, he mentioned, “I do not have a secretary to respond to phone calls when I’m on the boat.” Although Chris seemed friendly and understanding on the phone, in reality, our brief in-person interaction left me feeling uneasy. I wouldn’t risk parasailing with someone who isn’t willing to make a small effort or show courtesy to accommodate his customers."

"Fire Island Parasail was fantastic!! We took the boat out from the Bayshore side and the whole day was perfect. Both Chris and Trevor are super nice and accommodating and executed the day with such ease. The views from the top are incredible and we had a blast! Trevor took photos and videos of us too on our phone while we were up there which was especially nice to have those memories. I appreciate this crew and their want for everyone to have a safe & fun time and that’s exactly what we did! Thank you guys so much again. 100% recommend flying with them if you’re on the island!!
