"People here make up their own stupid hours. This is not a courthouse. This is somebody's personal. What are we paying our taxes to? This is just bunch of garbage. People making up their own hours and when you go by the hours online they just tell you no that's not the truth. Can't you just fix it online? I drove all the way from Queens in the middle of rush hour just to be told that I'm late by 5 minutes even though the court closed at 5:00 p.m. as per the hours online"
"The Albitrator Michael Kennedy on my recent case award the defender not to pay, after the defender provide false business invioves and allowed a witness for the defender to testified for him that originally wanted nothing to do with the case. What out people district court Albitrators are not skilled or experienced. I provide all legitimate documentation and the arbitrator wanted nothing to do with looking at them. Is almost like he knew the defender personally."
"This court doesn’t help tenants at all the legal aid services work with the landlords they are over worked and understaffed they don’t help with evictions when it comes to minorities which I have witnessed the difference in communication. How does a judge agree with a stipulation to move when you have a ERAP application pending . That’s beyond me . And my legal aid pressured me to go into a stipulation because she didn’t want to come back to court on the matter this is unexceptionable and unethical. Im sure there are others out there with the same complaints as mine ."
"The small claims arbitrator awarded the plaintiff $700 without any documentation, invoices or estimates for losses already settled by insurance. Defense provided proof of settlement by the carrier and it was ignored. The court started off by advising all parties of the "requirements" needed to make your case. Why was the rule of the court ignored in this decision? Business's should beware when defending your case because you may lose even if you are in the right. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SYSTEM"
"How are they able to even tie their shoes is beyond me. They need to think better before they make their decisions. They also don't have a good self awareness upon them either."
