"If you have all the time in the world to spare, this is your post office. Zero urgency. There's a line but the workers just take whoever so you'll definitely get passed up if you're in line. Unfortunately this is the closest post office, but it's worth going elsewhere if you have anything else to get done today."
"Sent Mom a package from CA Priority and although, it was delayed from from the storm Saturday, The driver left the box in the snow. BOOOOOO instead of bringing it to the front door it is sitting in the snow tonight as we speak getting wet!!!!! THANK you so much as I paid priority rates... That was not the way. You have to do better. So Mom cannot get to the mailbox and you leave it in the driveway???? What the heck!!!!!!"
"Place was empty and went right in and picked up my package, the two employees there were super nice and had no issues. From reading the other reviews I was expecting the worse but it seems they have revamped this place or nobody goes here anymore either way I was in and out and done."
"Old lady with grey/white shoulder length hair is always soo unpleasant and has such an attitude. She has supposedly worked there for many years. How ?! Is a surprise to me. I hate going there mainly because of her!"
"Unprofessional when you call them out on their screw ups and then the customer gets accused of threatening them. Gail has a attitude problem. Two packages we were expecting got delivered to another house and when we asked why this happened again Gail said we were liars or that we should purchase a PO Box. Gail needs to be fired asap, its only a matter of time before she does something that causes legal action against this branch."
