"extremely dishonest and sneaky ownership very greedy. have been with scumbags for a couple of years. i notified them tht this would be my last month and of course i assumed there was a good relationship with them being of the years and thousands of dollars spent there. i removed all my items except for 2 items which was a couple of days past the time. i was given a call to let me know that i had still had the 2 items left there and that if i did not pick them up by today that they were going to take my deposit. I honestly forgot i had left those items there with alot of things happening throughout the beginning of the year. They had given the impression bc of the years spent there that they would give me til that day which i understood and rushed there to get my stuff out. this was a week and half ago. went back to see what had happened to my deposit and they said bc of the lateness i was not able to receive the deposit. first of all if that was the case they should have given the impression in order to get my stuff out that they were going to give it to me. I wouldve understood. ive literally spent thousand with these guys. These guys are sneaky and not honest of there dealing would not recommend, plus the owners have terrible customer service. for some reason they speak down on ppl. its def a weird vibe with zero professionalism."
