"Our experience with Moloney's was mixed, and unfortunately, it wasn’t without some significant disappointments. The funeral home itself is stately and well-appointed, offering a dignified atmosphere for services. The intake employees were professional and very solicitous, which made the initial process smooth and reassuring. However, the funeral director did not quite match the polished demeanor of the intake staff, which was noticeable during the proceedings. One of the most frustrating aspects of our experience was the ongoing issue with their audio equipment. During the service, the microphone malfunctioned, and the overall audio quality was poor. To make matters worse, they were not adequately equipped to troubleshoot these issues, resulting in a service that did not go as smoothly as it should have. This wasn’t an isolated incident; we encountered similar problems during another family funeral just a few weeks prior. If clear and reliable audio is crucial for your services, I would strongly recommend bringing your own equipment. While Moloney's offers many positive aspects, the repeated technology failures left us feeling disappointed during a time when everything should have gone smoothly."
