"I have been having some flooding and drainage issues at my home in Smithtown. I called the engineering department and spoke to an assistant engineer named Chris. I explained the situation, he was incredibly polite and professional on the phone and had the highway dept at my house in just a few hours. Once they left he walked me through what will happen next and is working towards a solution. I know it might seem strange to leave a review on the engineering dept but I wanted to make sure the town employees that really seem to want to help get recognized. Thank you Chris."
