Although it seems to be an unmanned location the store managers always answer my phone calls and emails immediately with answers to all of my questions. "What a scam this business is. My $19.95 rental plus mileage quickly escalated into a $350 rental. They had no explanation for the additional fees, my online bill said $278 and the next one said $350. They said I didn't Put enough gas in it yet here’s the photo I took after filling it up a little more than I got It with. I advise NOT to do business with Uhual, go to lowes or Home Depot if you need a small truck or van."
