"There's only ever 1 person working at the counters. Line always gets long and it takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes before your turn. There's 1 self service kiosk which can do most of the work but anything more than basic stuff, expect yourself to get on line."
"I always ship my packages from this location. I have never had a problem. Great staff and Great service. Sometimes there is a line but, it goes quickly. There are plenty of parking spaces in the lot."
"Every time you go to the post office you have to wonder: Will I die and wither away waiting in line? And if I do make it to the window, what will inevitably go wrong? It’s no secret that USPS is one of the most inefficient organizations to ever grace this earth. And this location is, of course, no different. Moving in slow motion is apparently a requirement to work here. When I finally made it to the window with my package and prepaid shipping label, the clerk refused to take the package. Why? Part of the packing tape had come loose and a flap on the box was partially open. “Do you have little strip of tape I can use?” I asked. “No. We don’t do that here.” he replied with a dead look in his eyes. This is a shipping service…that cannot provide you with a 6 inch strip of tape. No attempt to help or provide any customer service experience was made. Just a blank stare and an unwavering dedication to being useless. So folks, if you can avoid it, do so. Spend your precious time elsewhere, where your business is appreciated and your time is valued."
"Nice people, just don’t be in a rush when you come here. The service cannot be any slower. It’s been that way for years, just like every other post office. You will never walk into this place and be served right away. There’s always a 10+ minute wait. I left and walked into the UPS store down the block and was helped instantly. Yes, I will pay more to ship via UPS. But if your Time has any value, then the extra cost is worth it."
"I have never been to a post office and had a line move this fast! Jamie is so fast and knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond for me every time I come in. Russell is also very fast and knowledgeable and I see why they have kept him there for so many years. If I don’t see those two I just walk out. The management is extremely unprofessional and is literally like talking to the wall. The guy manager always has a major attitude and can’t be bothered and the lady manager with the blonde hair is so nasty and has no idea what she is doing."
