Community of Christ Healing Center

"Today I went to the healing center for the first time. I'll start with my biggest problem, the healing center lived up to it's name given that they believe in being slain by the spirit. It's unbiblical and actually goes against scripture. A fruit of the spirit is self control, not loss of control. Horrible. Otherwise, the pastor rambles, there is no theme or overall point. Just stuff that happens to be on his mind. Many people using the Lord name in vain, like a surprising amount. There were also many other things about what the pastor was saying that were off. It seemed quite self aggrandizing at times. He also spent a lot of time talking about his book. I second the other bad review, the pastor needs to be more humble. Two stars because many people were nice, they welcomed me. We had communion which I liked. It was a nicely decorated. I would never go again and would never recommend anyone to go. This place is not a place to grow. I hope they read this and evaluate their practices and reform. I believe they mean well but have been led astray. My first time at what I guess would be called a charismatic church. Never again."

"Yeah this place is amazing I love this place because the inside is the loveliest the people are the loveliest they have so much land and they had so much resources. They are very very humble so when you go in there it doesn't look like an amazing chapelure palace or anything like that but it is a powerful place it's lovely I love it and we love Christ here to the fullest. The worship hour here is the greatest. Varies churches around it which supported and protect it but it really does have its own heart it has its own center. A lot of the things that are in God's mind you could learn here in this place is called The healing center and I am truly grateful for the place I'll post pics soon ."

"The pastor's father should be more humble and get off his high horse. He had a whole church session about how his son is the best. The church is small and hasn't really grown in the last few years."
