"The employees here are so rude. “Pam” is the worst won’t be coming back here! She is not even the manager. Narcissistic woman!! She needs customer service skills. acted as if I was stealing. Also another employee an older lady was siting down along with “Pam” and couldn’t be bothered when I asked her something and continued to sit on her phone. My daughter felt embarrassed and like an annoyance when she asked this woman about the ear piercing service. We will not be coming back to this location."

"I took my 4yo daughter to Claire’s to have her ears pierced. The store associate and piercer, Pam was AMAZING. She has the patience of a saint and is incredibly kind to kids. She pierced one ear and my daughter did NOT want to do the other one. Pam let us sit and watch her Pierce other kids and calm down until we were ready. She must have tried to do my daughter at least 8 more times and every time she got upset, she patiently gave her space to calm down again. Eventually, 2 hours later, she was able to Pierce the other ear. She never made us feel bad for the many times she had to sanitize and glove her hands only to get told no again. Thank you, Pam!!!"

"We went to Claire’s for our first ear piercing. My daughter was super nervous and afraid. However the manager Dylan made our experience such a breeze. I must say from the moment we walked in and he greeted us I knew we were in the right hands. He was very knowledgeable and talked us through every step before and during our piercing. He was absolutely AMAZING. He even told us about all the other sales and promotions going on. Thank you Dylan for a great first experience!!… you really were great. I highly recommend this store and highly recommend that if you need anything you ask for Dylan. The store was So clean and easy to shop. Thank you again!"
