"Awful customer service. I sceduled weeks out and was givin a window of arrival to have my septic serviced. I called the day before to confirm and was greated with an annoyed confirmation of the arrival window. Come the day of servicing, we were nearing the end of the service window so I called as I took a half day to ensure I would be there during servicing. The women on the phone let me know she was going to get to the bottom of why no one had come. Never heard from them again. No one showed up or reached out to rescedule or offer any apology. They insisted on a spesific day, when at the time of sceduling had offered several other days that would make it so I wouldn't have to take off work. I agreed and did what was convenient for them and they couldn't be bothered to show up or even give the courtesy of a phone call. Awful."

"We have used them for many years. They were always terrific, timely and professional. I will no longer be using their services. I have called fifteen times over the last three months for service and spoke with someone most of those times. Not one time, did anyone call me back with a date, results, anything. They had trouble verifying the site on the property so I offered to be onsite to show them the location several times to no avail. This was extremely disappointing."

"I had Huller Ent come to my house for a septic tank pumping. I've had a few of the other popular companies come out in past years but never as clean and upright as the 2 gentlemen that came to my house today. They worked efficiently for about an hour and a half and charged me less than the price that I was quoted over the phone. That's never happened to me before. Also the price was half or one third of the prices I had been charged in the past. I will never call another company for this service again. Huller is my new, go to company for any septic problems. Thanks so much!!!!!"

"Quick response, dug out hidden tank lid and did what they are paid to do. Price was inline with everyone else and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of add on stuff like I have had with other companies."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mother in law has been a,loyal customer of this company for over 30 years. She is now in her 70s and lives with us in TX for health reasons. We paid for a septic pump and system service in July as part of the sale of her home. They performed the service but never sent the requested report. We contacted the Hullar office 13 times trying to obtain this report. We explained that the sale was held up awaiting the report. We spoke to the staff, left voice mails and sent texts to Mobile #s. Each time we could actually reach someone (very rare) both the female call taker and "Andy" were VERY short and aggressive. Last week shs said "yeah I have a long list of things to get to...yoyr in that list" NO ONE AT THIS BUSINESS CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! When Andy finally did return our call today, (over 3 wks later) I tried to explain what they had put us through and how frustrating it had been. His response was only, "look, I've been out of town for 2 wks, do you want me to send this report or not?" I would strongly recommend anyone but Hullars if you want customer service."
