My husband designed my engagement ring with Patchogue Jewelers last year and their service was top notch. They were extremely helpful in their recommendations and did a beautiful job with the engagement ring. My husband and I went back for our wedding rings and Patchogue Jewelers had a large variety of options and were extremely attentive and helpful in this process. We have also used them for jewelry repairs and they have always been extremely helpful, friendly and very quick with service. Patchogue Jewelers even helped turn a family ring into a pair of earrings, which was a great recommendation from the jewelers when I was unsure what to do with this ring that was too large/something I was not going to wear. The earrings came out beautiful! I highly recommend Patchogue Jewelers for all jewelry needs!"

"I went to this jeweler's after purchasing a wedding set the day before. The woman I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out some issues with the set. So glad I went here as I would of had no idea that one of the diamonds was broken, amongst other issues. I returned to the Jeweler's I purchased the set from and they agreed to fix the issues. "Oh my goodness! My fiancé and I can’t thank you guys enough for everything you did for my engagement ring! My fiancé bought a sapphire ring for me from another jeweler and when we took it here to get it potentially resized, we were told that unfortunately the diamonds and prongs on the band were damaged. I feel so terrible that I don’t know their names (believe husband and wife), were so gracious in helping us and going over ideas to change the setting and making the ring more tailored to be safer (not so top heavy), thicker band with new diamonds, all while keeping the original “look” of the ring etc. Even sent us pictures of the setting prior to doing the work, so we had a true idea of what the ring would look like. The entire time we were there they were so patient, enthusiastic, and helpful in the entire process. Not pushy whatsoever, actually took the time to listen and be so respectful with their input and advice. Never had such a wonderful experience in a jeweler store before. When we went back to get the ring (took not a lot of time at all, perhaps 2 weeks?), it took my breath away. The stone my fiancé got me was stunning but what they did to the ring was incredible. I cannot believe such an amazing place of business was only down the road from us! We plan on coming back here for both of our wedding bands and for future jewelry needs. We have told all of our family and friends. Again, we cannot thank you you both enough. You made us so happy and I always stare at my ring in total awe. If I could give 15 stars out if 10 as a rating I would!!!"

"I could not be any happier. I planned on giving my wife my grandmother’s 50 wedding anniversary ring for our 25th and brought it to Richard for repair. The ring was missing one of the original nine diamonds and needed extensive work done to the gold securing the stones. The ring also needed to be resized. Richard was very upfront with me from the beginning about the extent and cost of the work that needed to be done. He placed the ring under electronic magnification so that I could see exactly what the scope of work entailed. When I picked the ring up I did not even recognize it. It was beautiful. Richard’s wife was able to source an exact match for the missing stone and the repair work is flawless. I have it to my wife who almost speechless. I would recommend Patchogue Jeweler’s and service to anyone wanting to be treated fair by honest hardworking people who really enjoy what they do and know what they are doing.
