"I went there today with my sister because of a promotion that we saw on instagram stating that any necklace of our choice for $140. When we arrived the starting price of the necklace with no charm was $180 basically $40 more than the promotion before tax. With tax almost $200. One of the ladies that helped us was very slow even though it was almost closing time, one would assume that they would hurry us up to get out. Overall very bad experience would not recommend. Very bad because they were giving us a hard time, and false advertisement!! Would not go again and would give 0 stars if I could."
"This is so unfortunate...my skin turn green with a 2000 bracelet. I live in a different state and I have sent numerous of emails calls and even text and no response. To get my items took over 2 months to get a response it has been 3 months. my partner is going to the store in hopes this gets resolved"
"Absolute worst experience ever. When I spent well over $2,000 on a bracelet and a choker I was advised that if ever at any time I wanted to exchange either of the pieces that I could do so. I have worn the choker maybe twice so I decided to exchange it for the matching choker of the bracelet that I purchased. I traveled to NY from NC to make the exchange and prior to traveling I messaged the owner who told me 100% I could go in and there would be no problem exchanging. I even advised him of the original purchase date. When I arrived at the store the girls working were on there phones and had zero interest in working. I let them know that I had messaged the owner and that he told me to come in to exchange the choker. They told me that they couldn’t do that and offered to buy the choker from me for like $200 something (can’t remember the exact amount) but I paid $1,300 for this choker. Also on my bracelet one of the little diamonds (cubic zirconia I believe) fell out and they also said they would handle all repairs when I originally purchased. That didn’t happen either. All in all I would say stay far away from this place and DO NOT give them your business. The owner did respond to me via Instagram when I messaged him and apologized and said that they indeed should have allowed me to do an exchange but also didn’t offer a solution. I messaged him again a couple days ago as I noticed that they have a store in Lawrence, MA where I will be traveling to this weekend. I would have thought that he was ready to make things right but I was just left on seen. They have lost a customer with me!"
"If I could give it less than a star I would. I originally came to fix my chain that was broken or hoping to exchange it for a bigger one. I showed them a picture of a sale I saw on Instagram that was literally posted yesterday and she said they did not have which is understandable. The lady that helped me was acting like I was there asking for her money to buy. Then I asked for 2 promotions I seen on Instagram. If you see the picture it says guillos de pies 14k $99, first the lady said that it was from the original price they take $100 off, then she said no we choose the first 10 people and we give them that price, so which one is it ?. Second picture says Ven hoy sábado y domingo y llévate cadena a mitad de precio para papá, lady said after you spend $1000, no where in the picture says the promotion is if you spend that amount. False advertisement."
"My boyfriend and I came to see wedding rings because of the promotion on ig. The lady that took care of us seemed not to care at all and answered our questions with an attitude. Definitely need to work on their customer service!!"
