Just Kidding Playground - Universe (South Shore)

"We’ve been to the one on Forest Avenue and my baby had a blast there so we decided to come to Universe. We came on Saturday 8/17 around 4:30PM - Pricing is understandable for such a big play space BUT the person at the front who did our admission did not give me any tokens even though it clearly states on their website 2 hour play + 8 tokens. We did not realize this until today when my friend who recommended Just Kidding in the first place asked if our baby got to try any of the games. The additional $10 per adult also seems kind of steep if they’re not even there to play. I’m hoping this review will reach the right person and said person remembers that they did not give us our tokens. They clearly were busy as it was a rainy day. I’m leaving this as a 3 star to be fair and hope they will remedy this for us."

"We recently celebrated our daughter’s 3rd birthday here and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! The place was spotless, with associates constantly cleaning up to ensure everything was in tip-top shape, which gave us peace of mind, especially with little ones running around. The game machines were a big hit! Almost every time we played, we won a prize, which kept the kids thrilled and engaged. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to our host, who was simply phenomenal—attentive, and went above and beyond to make our day extra special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for any special occasion! You won’t be disappointed. Also: I want to add everything is soft play with calming colors! Great for kids with autism."

"We Absolutely LOVE this place ! Always so clean, always in order, there is staff everywhere to make sure everything is running smoothly ! We signed up for a whole year the first day we came! Such an amazing deal too! I come here with my son at least 2 times per week and he LOVES it so much. When you go in the bathroom there are even slides to put on its so cute, no shoes allowed for anyone which is smart, socks are worn at all times and if you forget socks they have ones you can buy for just $3! I highly recommend coming to this location:)"

"Just Kidding Playground is an amazing indoor playground for kids ages 1-12. My 2.5-year-old had a blast exploring the many different play areas, from the ball pit and climbing structures to the pretend kitchen and dress-up corner. There's something for everyone at Just Kidding Playground, and I love that there's plenty of space for kids to run around and burn off energy. The staff at Just Kidding Playground is also fantastic. They're friendly and attentive, and they're always happy to answer any questions you have. They also do a great job of keeping the play areas clean and safe. We had such a great time at Just Kidding Playground that we're already planning our next visit. I highly recommend this place to any parents looking for a fun and safe place to take their kids. You won't be disappointed!"

"The playground itself is fantastic. It is immaculately clean and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for me when it comes to places where my children play. The variety of activities available kept my kids entertained for hours. They loved the climbing structures, slides, ball pits, and interactive play zones. There’s something for children of all ages, which is great for families with kids at different stages. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful design of the play areas. There are comfortable seating areas for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their children, and plenty of spaces where kids can engage in imaginative and physical play."
