"Worker was super rude to me because I didn’t know that they didn’t have a 24 hr atm inside the entryway like literally ALL THE OTHER ADK BANKS AROUND HERE HAVE. She made fun of me for trying to use my card to swipe to get in and laughed while explaining that’s how employees get into the building. Instead of belittling your customers maybe your sign should say the atm is in the drive through. Won’t be coming back to this location bc of that lady."

"They recently did away with Saturday lobby hours. Do they expect me to take a day off of work for routine banking? They also refill their ATM during morning rush hour when the lobby is not yet open. Every day cars of angry customers are refused ATM service and have no access to their money as they head out for the day. I have talked to the manager about it and they insist that there is no possible solution to the problem, even though this is the only bank I have ever seen experience it. Two of the last three times that I have tried to deposit a check at the drive through they have cashed it by accident, necessitating a second transaction to accomplish the most basic banking task. I am changing banks!"
