Nope - all they did was then let someone else come in behind me and cut me in line because it looks like he was a normal daily customer depositing something. I have been disrespected by 3 NBTs. They have no customer service and the hiring employee for NBT HAS to look for miserable people to hire. You lost my business which is alot of business. Be better."
