"They were fined 9 million dollars over their handling of fraud claims and I still can't get reimbursed for the legitimate overcharges to my account. And I cannot get a response from the people that actually do the investigation as they do not accept incoming calls. I asked for the documentation that they offered in a rejection letter but never received it. Do they really need my $30 that bad???? Very frustrating. This review won't change anything, but hopefully people will eventually stop using their services so they either get better or are forced to close. One can dream...."

"It's not often I need to walk into the bank and see a teller. However, Citizens bank is never around when I need to see someone. Look at their banking hours, what bank isn't open, at minimum, on Saturday morning? Closes at 4 weekdays, who banks with you during work hours? You want to save money? Why not just close the Branch permanently and go the way of Bank of America?"

"Very unpleasant mortgage manager Christy, not willing to provide any ideas for resolving a problem. Poor managements skills for treating a customer. Lacking common sense to deal with a situation."

"Not once but twice I have had issues with my bank account and both times Christy has gone above and beyond to assist me. The first time I called no issues Christy handled my problem quickly and happily and the second time I called for a different issue the women I spoke with didn't want to deal with problem and pushed for me to call customer service even after I told her that they had fixed the issue I was having before over the phone and with their bank, I request to speak with someone else, I then talked to Christy about the situation and she was more than happy to help me. I was considering leaving the bank because of the women I spoke to before seemed so uncaring and lazy. I'm Glade you have Christy on your staff and she should definitely be a manager if she is not already one."
