"Such a good location! But this place is made to make you struggle. I am a first time storage user. But here are my observations: They have only 2 regular parking spots, which is not enough. The front desk gentleman is not opening the doors until you shake it like a crazy. I thought it is just about my person. But I spent there some time. So it is pretty much with every customer. He is just not looking at them and not hearing for 10-15 seconds. It is a kind of game for him. BTW this gentleman is the only person on the front desk, maybe he needs some help there? The whole process of finding a good place for you takes a lot of time. Everything is on paper. So he is trying to find a space for you. Than you need to wait for another person to come and go with you to show the storage. You are not lucky if it is in the back. Your car stays outside and you are walking in silence 10 min to see the space. I don't like things like that. So I opened a Google map and found another place. Same price but customer friendly. P. S. On the website they have a free truck for the new customers. But the gentleman on the phone is telling they don't have it anymore. I checked again today. They still have this "Free truck" on the website."
