"This is the most disgusting post office ever. Rude and unprofessional workers. They never answer phone calls. Some drivers do a terrible job. Parcels disappear. Explanations are not possible. No one wants to talk culturally, especially their manager. Such workers need to be driven out. What is America's Postal Service becoming? Horror!!!"

"Zero stars. I've had 4 packages dropped off at this post office now and every single time, they "receive" the package but will not scan for acceptance for another week, MINIMUM. You're lucky if it leaves within 10days."

"USPS postal worker from this location signed off on my package themselves and my international package was “lost”. I only received partial compensation from sending country and USPS refuses to even look into a compensation because they aren’t the sending country. I spent hours between USPS and the other country’s post office. Horrible. Negligent. Lazy."

"This is the United States Post Office! A junky old run down facility operating in South East Brooklyn. They were to deliver my package days ago I had to schedule three redelivery notices and they NEVER showed up. I had to take time out of my day to come where they have this place like a junk pile in order for them to find my box all busted and opened! Fortunately nothing was missing once they saw it was a Christmas tree. No wonder they loose people’s packages look at this place!! They are unprofessional, nasty, lazy, rude and selfish! We can not sue this government agency but we can petition to have it closed down and or terminate the entire staff and redo the entire post office. As a tax paying citizen I refuse to have my mail and parcels be handled by such low quality staff members."
